Commerce: CMI imports, exports, and trades with various materials, including: 

a.  Trading with explosive materials, blasting accessories, drilling supplies and equipment's, drilling bits and others. 

b.  Producing several types of explosive materials for domestic and foreign consumption, and importing, storing and distributing other types of explosives.

c.  Providing bordering countries with civil explosives and its accessories.

Scientific Studies and Research: CMI was active in various local and international specialized associations including the International Society of Explosives Engineers (ISEE), the European Federation of Explosives Engineering (EFEE), the Institute of Explosives Engineers (IExpE), the Arab Fertilizer Association (AFA), the World Association of Public Safety (SAFEX), Jordan Sun Friends for Environment Society, the U.S. National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), Institute for Makers of Explosives in the United States of America (IME) and others. Furthermore, CMI has participated in numerous international mining conferences.
